My strange fascination with volkswagen busses

while most people dream over ferrari's porches, humvs, etc.... i would kill for a 97 volkswagen camper bus. they are the GREATEST things in the entire world. if you guys aren't familiar with them, heres a quick over look....

volkswagen camper
seats 11 comfortably
can come with bed and oven
has 24 windows.
has flip top roof
three doors, two in the front and one sliding

the list goes on, but thats just a basic idea

about 6 times i have gone on ebay and bid on a bus, 4500 is the highest ive offered so far. some day i wil have one... some day...

VW busses are all cool and stuff, but my fetisch lies with a car ment for the masses (yes even more than the VW).

Im talking TRABANT *drools*.

I´ve allways wanted a Trabant kombi, damn i love that car.

You realise that if you ever hit something with that your legs would be useless and immobile for the rest of your life? I sat in one bofore and took a ride. There is NOTHING stopping anything from crumpling the front end in and smashing your legs to hell.
