bot commands?

how can I give my bots commands...
like defending my base or getting the enemy
flag???

If you are talking about in the game, hold down V, and a menu will come up. You can order your bots from here.
*note, if you are using a custom voice pack, not all of them have all the commands, so test it with a default bot.

If you are talking about editing, then there are defense points you can add into levels where you want bots to defend. You can also use patrol points, and numerous other things - found in the classes menu of the browser.
