I think they should've done what Ghost in the Shell did and simply make the switch drop the entire breifcase away. It would be a hell of a lot easier to aim like that, rather than having to aim the entire case.

Hey Keiichi, got anymore diagrams of Masamune Shirow's weapons? A friend of mine is working on this weapons mod and wants some diagrams to model em.

Shirow's weapons are very kewl, if not realistic.

Yeah, Shirows is a great Manga/anime maker... He always try to make his stories believable and realistic, even when they are pure fiction...

Appleseed and Black Magic M-66 are my favorites ;). But he did a lot more than thoses, many are fantasies but he still manage to give a realism feel to them...

I know enough to know that I don't know enough.

R_force, Masamune Shirow's Appleseed comic won the Galaxy award - the equivalent of the Hugo award that Frank Herbert won for Dune. To me, he is a science fiction author AND an artist.

Seburo 6mm replacement for glock 18 9mm

I refuse to play CS with the standard models :D

also in the movie Romeo Must Die, the two security fellows at the end of the movie had breif case guns that where simular to the one in Ghose in the Shell, eccept they looked like M4s

It definitely aint the IMI Tavor, that's for sure.

So shakken, is it a CZN-M22 or a FAMAS?

phatcat: yeah, I know about them. They look a damn lot better than the regular CS models and sound a lot better too.

It's not a FAMAS...
This is a FAMAS

It's Shirow...so basicallty it's a cool hybrid of an FAMAS and an FN-P90. The thing I most love about Shirow is that his stuff looks like he thought about them, instead of just drawing some wierd belt-fed thing with laser sighting and pump action (don't laugh, some artists do do this...)

If you're looking for a REALLY good book with LOTS of really cool large (colour) pics with lots of cool guns, get Intron Depot 1. It's probably a little on the expensive side, but it's got heaps of full colour artwork in it, with stuff from Appleseed and Ghost In The Shell.

Trust me, if you want to base something off shirow, GET THIS BOOK...I'm not sure what Exon Depot or Intron Depot 2 are like as I've never read them, but presumably they're both of the same high quality.
