Fire.. wave comgination......Help

Help me.....i saw some people wave or thurst before they fire.....I mean ....it seems that they edit the user.ini(but i know what should i put in that).....does anyone here know how to do the fire and wave combination???......pls. help.

You have to program an alias... just don't know what the code for it would be... ask on the main UT forum... more people would read it there.
