it's mr. peanut. don't laugh. please help me. not close to finished yet. can anybody give me any tips to reduce the poly count it's currently over 2000. and yes i know the hands and shoes need work, i'm working on that.

while we're displaying editied pics here's an old onei did way back when. on hind sight i think the scoop was puching it too much, and i ran out of time and didn't finish covering up a tire reflection.

i really aught to correct that. i've done 3d work before but not modeling in the sense of planing to import it to a game. so i have a little practice. i did my sig. you don't want to know what the poly count is though.

can somebody make me a nice peanut texture?

fixed the hands. they ain't cubes now. poly count is 2316. is that a bit high. i need suggestions to lower it. and i still need a cane.

i was mostly just throuwing it together with the plans of focusing on animations. that's the part i havn't done yet. the skinning will suck i can tell you that now cause all i got is paint.

now, i never touched any modeling program, but i can see right now what the problem is. its too smooth. if you look at other player models in ut theyre rather boxy....but i don't really know.

hewbe skinned. i think i made the brown to dark, he looks like a turd now.

i'm not even going to attempt anything better using paint.

now to start animating, i think i going to try to figure out how to do skeletal animations. then i can be the proud owner of, a pisspoor high poly skeletally animated ut deathmatchin mr.peanut.

nope mr peanut. i made the skin a bit to dark.

a tip for everybody: MS paint is not a good program to try to make skins with.
