Do you want me too tell you how to use Center tags? this is what you have to do- go into where you put the address of your sig (In profile) and type-

Before your tags. Then-

oh and see the color="#A5AA56" ? you can change the number ( # ) to what ever you want, If i remember right #0000FF=Blue....#00FF00=Green....#FF0000=Red.
Just chande the FF to another number if you want or you can mix colors by putting something like #376500 or something like that. .
