here's one for all you who know more about weapons than me.

as i'd said in the "what pistol should i buy" thread i've got a new 92f Custom Carry(similar to the 92 Compact). i've had it since thanksgiving but due to time and monetary concerns it's been pretty much sitting locked up in my closet since then. i've recently just begun taking the steps of framiliarizing myself with the pistol(stripping it, practicing loading, cycling, aiming, etc.) and perhaps it's just me, i am a pretty scrawny guy after all(heh, no Charles Atlas here) but the 10rnd mags seem excessively hard to load the last two rounds. these are the factory mags that came with it. my guess is either a)i'm just weak b)the springs are just stiff as a result of their newness and need to be worn in or c)the shorter mag results in higher spring tension/compression.

any thoughts guys?

oh also, are there any disadvantages to leaving a mag loaded(fully or otherwise), i.e. does it result in the springs having less, uh, springiness and possible failure to chamber rounds?

Its from it being new, tight spring. Mine had the same problem.
