Could someone help me with this please.

Here's the deal, I have decals on and there are no blood splats when I shoot people, is there anything I can do to fix this? I have already tried reinstalling, that didn't work. I have already posted this problem on the troubleshooting section, and recieved answers but they didn't help. Open to any suggestions, thankx.

Do you get decals in normal UT? If not it's probably a video card issue.

It may very possibly be your video card.
What brand/model is it? Do you have the latest drivers?
