What is the best program to make 3d models I.E a basic car or plane or helecopter etc...
There are loads of freeware programs to download but has anyone go any experience with good or bad programs that will import into unrealed as a movable brush.

If you are looking for freeware, try Milkshape or Blender. Max and Lightwave work fine, if you have them. Max probably gets the nod because it has a few more tools and works with character animation importers/exporters, but it just depends on what you want to do with them. As far as I know, there is no way to import a brush as moveable because a mover needs to be textured , intersected then copied before it becomes a mover...

Yes, but can you import the brush into a build room, texture it how you want then intersect it, copy polygons and place it as a mover. Or have I lost the plot.

Nope, you didn't lose the plot. You asked for a program which will import into unrealed as a movable brush. As far as I know, this is not possible. What is possible is as you suggest; make a builder brush in another program, import it, texture it. etc...
