I am disappionted to see that the 2d shape editor has lost some of its power in Unrealed 2.0. Such as the loss of scaleing in the editor and the lack of extruding a shape to a point or bevel.
Are there any "work arounds" for the loss of these features or due I need to re-install my old editor to maintain these features?

With it losing those features, it also gained Unexperimental status. Its worth the loss...

Forgive me if I'm wrong but as far as I know Ued2 is "expiramental" and does still have several bugs.

UED2 sucks bigtime.
2d editor is sooooo sloooow, and no extrude to point! That was IT! I dropped the whole 4.20 patch!
UED1 Experimental Beta Test ROCKS!

As far as I can tell it's quite ok.
More space to edit(viewports). wireframe mode in 3D. Terain-based brushes, more professional interface. Shuts down faster, loads faster.
I like it.

Come on!
with vertex editing and the terrain builder who needs UED1!
It's renders much faster, lets u know exactly how its doing, and is generally better all around.
