Fooled around w/ some translocdest and starts kind of got them to work.
There's an item @ each base (CTF) ed to xloc to. Red bots do jus fine. Until they get there. They then shoot thier xloc @ the ground and run along (no teleport though). Blue tries to shoot the xloc @ the red base (pretty far away, lots of obstacles).
I've made the map available on my site if anyone wants to check it out.

once you get there click on the "T" in testing on Beta-Testing to d/l the map.
