I need to know how to take a "Screen Shot" in the game, I've tried pressing F9 but it only made the screen bright for some reason and when I went to Photoshop5, there was nothing to Paste.

So again, How do I take a screen shot?

Yes i think u took one, check in your UT system folder to and look for new photos ,u can always try uesing the console and type PLAYERSONLY this makes the bots freeze but keeps the effect like weapons fire,frags ...ect.

yeah, you'll find the screenshots in your UT/System folder... watch out though, they can weigh in at 2 megs each... it adds up :o
