View Full Version : Why we like Infiltration ?

What Infiltration must be ?

1: A total realist military simulator, with only one rule: REALITY. Don't care about gameplay. It is a simulator not a game like other.

2: Something to compete with CS

3: Realist but not so much to keep the entertainment like a movie do.

4: Something else (post an explanation)

For me is definitely the choice #1 !
It is this feature wich make INF so unique.

{Just REALITY. Other things are unnecessary}

Realism supplements game-play; it's not dismissed in Infiltration. :P

a) It (still) feels realistic, without trying to be too real ...
"As close as I want to get to a real gun-licence"
is what sums up my reason for playing this mod.

b) definitely no CS-clone, much better and much more fun.

c) the way the team seems to know everything about the weapons used in the game. Especially the minor (seemingly insignificant) details most 'realism'-mods don't seem to know or care about.

Why you don't want full reality ??? For me REality=Fun ! So you don't want to have a plesant game in your hand ?

I like #1 but i think that the team should allow a little leway for the wepons that are put in. the HK-OICW I think it is in my opinion should be at the least considered. It is being implimented in the US military in 2006.I love the look of the thing.and there is another HK wepon i would like to see in that is made but i am not shure how implimented it is.It is the HK-PDW 4.6mm x 30.It is a good lookinggun in my opinion. :D

Yes it could be funny to have weapon not already implemented in army, but that way how to have real ballistic and using informations ? OICW coul d be funny and a lot of people request it. But maybe it is too soon to implement it. Another interessting beta weapon is the PAPOP rifle from GIAT Industries

But if those weapon are not already in service with full informations released, they cannot be in INF now.

I love infiltration because of the team. Not so much as the gameplay, although that is a major asset. I find that the team cares more about the community than theirselves. I don't know if it sounds ***** like, but they love us. And thats what really counts. Aside form that, it would be the no crosshair. :)

Team ?
Yes the team is good and give their heart to work.
But team is less important than INF ! :)
If the same guy do ****y game , would you like it too ? :)

Infiltration is good. Why?

It makes you think. It makes you actually worry about leaving cover to advance. It actually makes you want to wait for backup before breaching a door. It doesn't (and hopefully won't) involve wankers jumping around with a rocket launcher yelling "j00 @r3 |\/|Y 8|7{|-|" each time they kill somebody. It will put the team in front of the individual.

Plus, its just that cool.
