Question about First INF

Being not the computer expert ..how do I get rid of the first Inf mod that was released back in january/february time frame, without having to uninstall..I tried the add/remove proddy..buts it not listed there. And it is still in the game to answer that one.

There should be something mentioned about this in the manual on the INF homepage.
