Not loading correctly

O.K. Maybe I am just plain retarded, but when I load INF the splash screen starts and I get this error....Cant findfile for package INF_Console....Vobject::safeloaderror;ect

Please check these:

Did you make a full install of UT? if you didn't, I recommend you to do so.

How did you download INF? UMOD? several parts?
If you downloaded INF in several parts, make sure you have downloaded and unzipped all of them (yeah,I know it sounds obvious /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif )

If you did download UMOD, make sure you wrote the correct path when installing it.

Did full install of UT, Downloaded UMOD of INF, When I patch it I click on the icon and get a DOS prompt box to make the short cut active..Right?
I know nothing about patching Could someone give me an exaple on how to patch it right....Tried the exaples in the manual and didn't work??? /infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif
