Downloading Infiltration 2.80 (40 meg)

No matter what I do, I keep getting errors when attempting to download Inf. It always says it cannot find the file on the server. Is this the same for everyone, or just for me. I have been forced to download Tactical Ops that worked the first time I attempted to download it.
Also, I'm a bit confused-do I have to download the infiltration mod and the maps, or do they come with the "full release download".
Please Help,, I reallllllllllly want to play Inf.
