Infiltration Crashing at Loading

I downloaded Inflitration today. When I try to run it, UT crashes (after the loading process) and I get a dialog box with the error message shown at the bottom of this post.

Any suggestions?

The UT 405b patch is required for Infiltration 2.7x.
