Sound Problems

Often when I load up UT I find there won't be any sound, I'll quit and restart it, no problem... any ideas?

I'm using an AppleG4/128MB, OS 9

I've never encounter, nither do I know someone who did, this problem. I'm using a G3/128... but with OS 8.5.1 (Yes, not even 8.6!!!!!!)

My first guess would be the "9" in your OS... OS 9 is young and many bugs are still present...
