NEED HELP BADLY!!

Alright..if someone could plz help me

i load a practice session...and when i walk over ammo...it just clicks like 5 times..but nothing appears in my inventory

then..when ever i load assault-frigate.it slows down VEY BADLY..so bad i cant move.
what the hell is wrong.This crap never happened before!!

it's perhaps the destroyable ammo... try turning it off if it's on of course

else, i couldn't say.
