Installing inf 2.81

Can someone tell me how to install the manual version of infilitration 2.81?

copy the following files into the folders specified (for all INF versions):

*.u -> UT\INF_System folder
*.utx -> UT\INF_Textures folder
*.unr -> UT\INF_Maps folder
*.uax -> UT\INF_Sounds folder
*.ini *.int -> UT\System folder (not the linux specific ones from the subfolder INF_Setup\Linux)
*.bmp -> UT\Help folder

that should be all file extensions /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
