when ever i try to download somethin the page doesnt work or its really slow, aroung 20kb a sec, and i have ADSL which is meant for downloading, the kb should be 90-100, and if i try a differ place it wont load, wont find it, or will just plain old crash. i check everything and its not my computer, its a site error, am i screwed or can i be helped?
