Not upgrading

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

I have the INF version 2.75. Runs fine, I love the game! Went to install 2.80 (followed directions in manual) No go. Still version 2.75. Tried patch 2.81 and 2.82 and get no results. Totally messes up UT. Can't even get the UT mainscreen. WTF?! Am I missing something? Please advise...........Thanx :confused:

Well obviously u cant update to v 81-82 unless 80 works.

What have u tryed/done, what errors do u encounter?

Im gonna need some more info to help u.
(asuming i can)

hi, have ya installed the umod or the manual zip?
if the UT menu is totally messed up, then I guess ya installed the manual zip...
2.80 + 2.81 + 2.82 are needed and the first two have a new version of some UT packages included ... these packages are the UMenu.u and UWindow.u ... these are INF-only files! do not copy them into your UT\system folder!

Infiltration 2.80 is using a complete new folder structure for its own stuff ...

please check out our online manual for further instructions on how to install INF2.80
