another scoring bug

sorry if this has been brought up before but i don't remember seeing anything about it in here. INF 2.82, i know scoring was changed so that the team with the highest score wins the match, no matter who won more rounds.

well, i was playing a best of 5, round #5, i'm the last member of my team left, i die, the red team has now won 3 out of 5 rounds and has more points than me, yet, blue team wins?

I have the same problem, except I play on red team with the bots. I get about 600, they get about 100 and it says "You have lost the match" and says "Blue team wins the match!". Hope its fixed in 2.85. Blue team will not always win, you know...

That's why I always play blue....:) Actually I have been having so much fun I have not payed attaention to scoring...I will now though.

How did you take the screenshots?

the default key for taking screenshots(at least on my mac) was "F9", it would place a screenshot in your UT directory

can anyone confirm that it is the same on a pc? can it be set in config anywhere - I do not recall seeing it. or is it a edit the .ini file thing...?

I have also noticed that too, except more in CTF. I play CTF-Fin once in a while, and I snipe all of the bots then cap the flag, and it still says I lost the match, even though I capped their flag and had more points than them. However, I do like the idea of the scoring system. I hope it will be fixed too.
