it's hard to troubleshoot problems when we aren't even told what the problems are...
a detailed, specific account of your problems would help out here.

The BS Manual doesnt tell you $hit. I cant install the 2.81 and all the manual says is DL unzip install but that doesnt seem to work. Point being your gonna have to figure it out cause the manual is $hit and not many people know what to do either.

It is as simple as download, unzip, and install. It more than likey did install 2.81/2.82, it's just that it doesn't update the menu to reflect the changes. Go into the Infiltration Options menu. It will correctly display which version you're running in there.

Now maybe if you guys had asked nicely...i would be typing a detailed instruction for ya right now, but since you dident...i'm just going to say: BLEH!
This is not a company filled with people who HAVE TO help you, no matter how rude you are, and i dont think any of us care to give you a decent reply when you cant even ask for help in a decent manner.
WE have no obligation to help you, so dont even start anything.
Did THAT answer a question or two.

if it answered any questions, but it sure cleared up a couple of things...:) At least I hope so. This software is beta, everything is still under construction, even the manual. This has the capability af being a very fine game, but if people just dis the team they may well just get frustrated and drop it. On top of it, these people are not being paid to do anything here (least I don't believe so...) and they are not obligated to do anything. Civility is a virtue, believe it or not (one can even be civil to ones enemies - it will usually piss them off more than a confrontation...).

You do not start INF from within UT... You have to read the manual...:) What main menu are you referring to? You need to be more explicit with your problem so we can help... Here are some tips: either create/edit the link as it (the manual) says or use the link that 2.82 puts in your programs menu (assuming you are using a windows version). for mac you have to download the mac launcher in addition to everything else. ensure you use zipit as opposed to stuffit.
