There are no extra weapons. The weapons in the 2.8 release are what's in INF, nothing else. There are more weapons planned in the armory but they have not been released. If you have INF running then you have all the guns.

If on the other hand you mean using the other guns, then you need to select a different load out. Read the manual to get a better explanation. But in essence you can only use what you take with you. So if your loadout has an MP5, M9, a couple M67, K-BAR and some ammo then thats what you can switch between. If you want to choose another load out you can do that from the voice mene in the game. If you want to create a new custom loadout then you do that from the load out screen which is under options.
