Dropped to Windows

Hopefully someone can offer some insight here and I can get thsi fixed before inf 2.85 is out. My problem is this:
I can play UT and it runs great for a while...then after a game or 2 it just quits...boots me out to windows...no instance of UT running after this or anything. Heres my system stats:

Athlon 1gig
Gerforce 2 Ultra
512 mb ram
running with the newest d3ddrv.dll
Direct x 8.0a
UT patched to 436
SDSL net connection

If anyone has anyinsight as to how this can be fixed...PLEASE help me out...I figured this would be a good place to ask as everyone here seems friendly and willing to help out. Thanks in advance.

does it pop up a box. i had a problem like that. if i tried to start a multi player game it would boot me out without an error message. try going through your log and find anyline that says warning or error and post it here. that'll help everyone out alot so we can give you better advice in a more timly manner.
