I've already read that thread. I installed everything correctly. Version 2.8 then 2.81 and then 2.82. I still get the same error.

Click me (http://unreal.infopop.net/OpenTopic/page?q=Y&a=srch&s=10009422&findw=General+protection+fault&f=28109062&sis=&dt=&author_name=&sort_order=2&action=simplesearch&search.x=45&se arch.y=10).
(FWIW, the thread referenced in my first post isn't just on installation. Your comment makes me think you didn't read it at all or simply gave it a cursory glance at best. Try deleting Running.ini in your UnrealTournament\System directory as described in the thread about GPFs. I included the search link above for General Protection Faults since you couldn't seem to find the search link by yourself.)
Oh yeah, stop with the pissed off faces, the next time I see one I won't even try and help you or the person who uses it.

When I get that message all I have to do to correct it is start UT, let it load and then exit out of the game. Then start INF 2.82 and runs fine.....

It IS running.ini that causes that GPF, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Delete it and you're good to go. That's what running UT does for you, it removes that file. :)
