Wheres the link to other dpwnload sites than file planet gone?

I got inf 2.82 after a lot of arsing around from a different server than file planet.I got the link from a post which had a basic f.a.q. of many of the problems people encounter playing inf.I was wondering as I can't seem to find that post anymore if someone could either
a)post a link to that post
or
b)post a link to a diff server than file planet cos frankly file planet is too ****ing slow. :(
