Please help me im a newbie (ERROR)

okay i install this mod (2.85)and the patch (2.85,3) and i try to start it up and i get a 2 messages. one of them is a red x that says:
c:\UnrealTournament\System\Infiltration.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning
And then the second message is an 'error starting program' error. it says:
The INFILTRATION.EXE file is linked to missing export WINDOW.DLL:?onVScoll@WWindows@@UAXIJ@Z

Please help me explain easy to me so i understand Ive heard that this mod is really cool and it make me sad that i cant play it

I don't know if it's anything of the same problem but, I had messages a bit like the first one quite a few times before, Inf just wouldn't start, then I started normal UT and the start up in safe mode screen came up, so I just fully booted up UT and then quit out, Inf starts fine after that lengthy procedure. But unfortunatly Inf often causes blue screen faults, at least it does on mine, and you have to do it all again and again. The second one though, well god knows.

You are useing UT v4.36, right?
Dunno, haven't seen that one before. If restarting in regular UT doesn't work try uninstalling UT and INF then reinstall from fresh.
