hey cheers to however helped me last time but i still have a problem with playing downloaded levels plus the sicily level i got with the game dont work. i cant understand any of this, could sum1 take the time to help me please!!!!!!!!!! cheers most appreciated , Tom

but you have to give us specific questions or circumstances so we know what to help you with. What exactly is your problem with playing downloaded levels and sicily? are there errors? can you just not get the game to start? etc... let us know and most people here would jump to help you.

It smelles like a bad INF installation.

begin by telling how you installed your whole INF system (UT, patch etc..)
