Can't download patch from FilePlanet

Surely someone else has this problem.

I click on the "Latest Version: 2.85.3" link, and click on the .UMOD or .ZIP link. I go to fileplanet, and choose either one of the two download links, USA or Italy. Both links take me to the fileplanet homepage, with no error message. I'm using IE 5.1. What gives?

I put up a temporary ftp...
