Since there's a large difference between hip shots and aimed shots, will the aimed shots have a slow-down effect while hipshots give a sped-up effect?
I know that running with equipment is not a problem. Most military outfits require a minimum speed run w/equipment. I noticed in the roadmap that "speed will be reduced to a walk with a button for a quick burst of speed", but is this really necessary? Running should be possible at virtually all times (with perhaps the exception of an over all stamina bar), and this makes hip shots/aimed shots of more strategic value. Yes, now you can run, but you won't be able to be as accurate. Now you can aim, but it may not be wise because others are aiming at you, and running might be better, and not just for a sprint.
When I say run, I mean jog. Sprinting should be the limited speed burst, but you should always be able to maintain a healthy jog. And if you aim, you should slow to a walk.
