OK! My dad and I are going to build an ultralite. For those who don't know what an ultralite is, I'll fill you in. An ultralite is a small, single seat aircraft weighing under 250 pounds. It requires no pilot's license to fly it, and there is no age limit. What does this have to do with INF? Well, when we begin flying, I'm going to take areial photographs of different areas, and make INF maps out of them! They will be very cool, I promise. If they aren't, I'll eat my UT cd!

He doesn't have the playne yet?

Why can't these people fly? I mean, they can fly to the Mars but not on earth. Weird!

I don't thing the guy will ever get a playne.

No they have to be senior citizens before they can get permission to leave the atmosphere. The States cares very much about it's citizens and would never let them into such danger as a space flight without a full lifetime of knowledge and bad eyesight so they won't notice it's just a serial.

Okay, that's enough, I'll build a ballista for humans and maybe some animals

SUMMARY: This amendment establishes rules governing the operation of ultralight
vehicles in the United States. The rule defines ultralight vehicles in two
categories: powered and unpowered. To be considered an ultralight vehicle, a
hang glider must weigh less than 155 pounds; while a powered vehicle must weigh
less than 254 pounds; is limited to 5 U.S. gallons of fuel; must have a maximum
speed of not more than 55 knots; and must have a power-off stall speed of no
more than 24 knots. Both powered and unpowered ultralight vehicles are limited
to a single occupant. Those vehicles which exceed the above criteria will be
considered aircraft for purposes of airworthiness certification and
registration, and their operators will be subject to the same certification
requirements as are aircraft operators. These rules for ultralight vehicles are
needed to achieve an acceptable level of air safety by reducing potential
conflict with other airspace users and to provide protection to persons and
property on the ground.
