But it's not a simple answer. There's no editor available that runs on the Mac itself, so you have to go w/ a PC compatibility option, either using Virtual PC or some similar emulation program, or a PC compatibility PCI card, which is what I use. I have an OrangePC 660 w/ a 200 Mhz Pentium MMX processor running Win95, 64 MB RAM, & a 1.2 GB dedicated volume. UED/UED2 runs just fine on it, if a little slow...
