reducing lag

When I hit ctrl-alt-delete, I have the following running

explorer
Loadwe
Findfast
Osa
Systray

Which ones can I close for playing UT?

Definatly get rid of findfast, right click on start button, expand programs,expand startup, delete find fast, that way it will never come back. the rest of that stuff is fine. leave it. Your system is probably pretty clean if thats all that is running.
