While i was talking to catalyst over IRC, he posted a link to ModCentral's server list. It acts just like the ones at SF, TO, RA, etc.

ALL MODIFICATIONS LISTINGS (http://planetunreal.com/modcentral/index.asp?page=servers&part=)
So, instead of having to wait for such a long time to get the good servers, just go here and copy the IPs and put them on your favorites list.
