Looks like some sort of AK to me.

I kinda thought that, but with the camo and the shrub in the way...well - it makes it a little tricky to pick out. I guess the next question would be, which variant of the AK is it? :)

Probably a Zaztava M70 or a NATO caliber varient.

maybe its an AKSU, but i think its an AK47 wif camo. :b

Checking through Google I came across this site and I think Shakken has spotted it dead on:
