I have 2 nice comps and a nice 100mbps lan and both comps run inf fine (usin latest version) when i go to set up a non dedicated lan game and start the game inf crashes out on me. Is this a known bug on inf, or is it just imposibble to set inf up on a non dedicated server?

I've had no problems running LAN games in INF. My roommate and I do it all the time, and we've hosted three LAN parties for the clan with me acting as non-dedicated server (I like playing, and we don't have an extra computer).
All you should have to do is launch a net game with the settings you want on one computer and the other computer should find it under the LAN game tab in the browser. Provided the computers can LAN in other applications (lots of personal experience with problems in this area).
I know of no issues that would prevent this...

I have tryed setting up a Lan server but it still wont work, It starts to load up the game then it just crashes out on me back to windows with no error message. I have a p3 550 192mb geforce2 gts 250mb swapfile. Do i need more mem to set up a non dedicated server? Or is my Swap file to small? I also am running UT on patch 432 is this the problem?
When i go to set up the server, I set it to net mode, then I click on server config tab then set up a name and check the box for optermize for Lan, I then choose the map and skin colours etc on game tab and then hit launch, and poof it crashs out on me!

INF is currently running on patch 436. Upgrade and then try again. That should fix it.
