Two ways, either edit your Infiltration.ini by hand or go into UEd and the Advanced Options like in U1 are there.
I think its under View in UEd and no idea why they put it in there rather than in the UT menus.

Are you 100% certain you have a VIA chipset on your board? Check your manual or pop the case and look for a VIA chip.

http://www.tweakfiles.com has an older version of the VIA 4in1 Tool v4.17 which they used to bill as the "last stable VIA tools" but they also have v4.31 up so you might want to give those a shot.

Pretty sure, its an Asus A7V (duron) but i get a "warning: registry error, please reboot" when trying to install the 4in1, which proberbly means i need to reinstall windows - which is not likely to happen right now...

...but anyhow, i think i managed to get a little improvement going trough a generel UT tweak guide - guess i just had this silly idea that a Computer with 256mb ram, duron 700mhz and Geforce2 GTS 64mb ....never would drop below 30fps.

...maybe i'll try the versions that you pointed too...

Could be programs you have running in the background is using some of your CPU resources, also USB eats up resources.

Hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and see what all you have running before you play, the bare minimum required is just Explorer and Systray.
You can close out the other programs you don't want running by hand or with a utility called "End-it-All". Also if your not using any USB devices on your computer disable it in BIOS.

Heres a site with some good tweak guides in the Archives section, start on Page 3 and work forward.
