Prone bug report (not invincible one)

dunno if its reported, but anyway:
when u step on a prone enemy, u simply die. like with the old bug in Kazahjstan. in some maps i catch ennemies proned, and i wish to knife them. i step on them and suddenly died. no, they dindt shoot me. workarounds? sollutions?

ya that happend to me 2 times today now

i was running around a proned guy (newbie, SMA-copycat) and trying to hit him (damm that hitscan pronebug) when he turn directly toward me
so i just wanted to run over him
and i died trying (no he did not fire)
