I am trying to build a reproduction of my office building and would like to build it to scale. What better way to spend the day than to frag your boss in the office? What would the equivalent measurement be for one grid unit?

Thanks

Well if you assume that the player models would be 6 feet tall in real life and they are 96 units tall in the editor then it would be 16units per foot which is what I use and it generally works out well.

If you're building a map to play matches on you might want to use artistic license though because the average hall way would be 8 feet high and maybe 5 feet wide or less. This would make the hallway in your map 128 units high and 80 units wide which would be a little cramped in a game even though it may look right.

1 unit = .75 inches
16 units = 12 inches/ 1 foot
84480 units = 1 mile (Max in the editor is 65536 units or about .75 miles and it takes 2.38 minutes to cross that distance which would be 3 minutes 10 seconds for a mile which is close to a good sprinters time. )

I was bored :)
