What goes in the "Open Location" Box?

Could someone please tell me what goes in the "Open Location" Box under the BRS button when you right click on the screen. Also, could you please list the correct information for a few servers, just had the ports opened for normal ut and not gamespy as well =(

"open location" is where you put the IP address of the server you want to join that is not listed. I use that to have private/password games with my buddy:)
