Radar? What radar?

in my keys section i have "R" set to toggle radar on/off, tho it doesnt work. i have tried other keys and it just doesnt work.
help plz?!

it's pretty much been diabled. radar that is, there may be an option burried deep in the ini to enable it though. it's sopposed to be a server option. the general feeling was that it was outdated and didn't really have a place in the current incarnation of infiltration.
