Weapons stay: On/Off

How do I turn weapons stay on and off for an online server when I'm logged in as admin? I need to know...

Depends what gametype...

Log in as admin

CTF: admin set Botpack.CTFGame bMultiWeaponStay [True/False]
DM: admin set Botpack.Deathmatchplus bMultiWeaponStay [True/False]

Note, the map will need to be restarted before changes will take place
