Jared sounds alot like a guys name, yet it turns out to be that old lady all the time...Whats up with that?

Ah! This is good. Now I might be able to reset my default list to the default bots, with only a few modifications, of course. I also use xbots (in fact, didn't you hear about that from me, Neo?).

As it is right now, I have NO bots with default names, and I have NO bots with gender-bent names. I didn't like having a guy named Cilia and two girls named Jared and Kragoth.

And yes, I have a bully for Loque too (but Loque's name is Athos on my bot lists). I turned alertness and strafing to the maximum on Alys, changed her combat style to agressive, then named her Vadania. Believe it or not, Vadania (but few if any other bots) will frequently score higher than me when I play on custom maps.

I know the feeling Neo, but I've only used the first two of my extra bot lists. This is mainly because I use custom skins but not custom models.

I also have a llama bot. Her name is Natasha, and she was so awful (low accuracy) that to even her out, I had to make her favorite weapon the Flak Cannon. Her appearance is Female Soldier/Marine/Annaka.

Out of my 64 bots, I have three Female Necris. They're named Sindel (from MK3), Leela (from the first Marathon FPS), and Pandemona (from FF8). I also have a female war machine named Quistis, and she's pretty good too, not to mention Cyrax, Sektor, and Cullitar (I couldn't think of good non-Xan robot names, so I stole the first two from MK3 as well, and Cullitar comes from a TV show called Sliders). Cullitar is a Unit 18 (you know, for the Skaarj Hybrid model).

BTW, you do know that Loque is an alternate spelling of Loki, the Norse deity of mischief, right?

If anyone wants to hear my bot's names, I'd be glad to share their names and origins. As many people could probably see, I pulled most of them from other sources (games, TV shows, pop culture, etc.). Unfortunately, I'm not posting this thread from my own computer, so I will have to wait until sometime tomorrow to get the whole list, if this post gets any feedback.

However, I will say that the majority of my custom skins seem to fit into the appearance of UT rather well. I have such skins as Oz's Phoenix and Weaver skins, a Skaarj Hybrid skin called Unit 18, the regular Predator skin for the Skaarj Hybrid model, and (the exception to the above rule) a Voodoo Priestess skin for the Female Commando model.

Basicly, I try to match up whatever models, voicepaks, and character names I can come up with. Empty slots usually become Magic: The Gathering guys and Gals.

*About the bot named Tasharus: I installed the Phoenix skin on my computer at the same time as a map pack by Hellscrag called "Tashara's cove." I played the maps using the skin to represent my character, and after I beat the maps, I created Tasharus (masculine form of name) to celebrate. He has maximum alertness and strafing, and skill level adjusted up.

In fact, all of my Nali, Skaarj Hybrids, and War Machines (and Cullitar, who is a combination of two of these), in addition to a few others such as Deborah and the Chaotic Soldiers, also have their skill levels adjusted slightly up.

BTW, Hetemti, I have "Jhoira's Toolbox" in my collection, and I thought that Jhoira was originally from Tolaria.

Thanx for the model suggestions NeoNite, and damn, doesn't anyone have stupid bot names like mine? I guess not that many people get a kick out of naming their bots for a laugh.

Say,i DONT like my modem so i have U.S.Robotics or BTinternet (my ISP), my managers from work are there and ex-girlfiends, my current girlfriend's mum and dog, my weed dealer 'coz he tries to sell sh1t sh1t to me and so on , the list is long

Drakonic ripped a chunk of meat out of Sgt. Cleavage with the ripper.
Cancer was eradicated by the energy emissions of Hooker of Death's Orb of Healing (Legacy weapon.)
