Marrying Man

I'm going to ask my girlfriend to marry me tonight... I just had to tell someone.

Wish me luck and all that jazz...

I have the ring.
I have the butterflies.
I don't know exactly how I will do it.

Anyone have any cool ideas for how to propose? I'd like to do something memorable.

LOL.. I won't put it in anything that can be consumed..

You guys will definitely be seeing me around after I get married. My girlfriend totally supports me in everything I do. She digs computers and also likes playing Infiltration (but not quite as much as me :D ). I often show her the crazy stuff you guys talk about, so she is familiar with my online friends.

It won't be a total surprise to her as we've already discussed marriage, but I hope to make it a special occurrence that she can brag about to her friends.. :)

Thursday was my wife an I's 4th Annaversary.


So give some detals man...how did you ask?

Zundy-
I took her to dinner at a nice Italian restaurant, and after dinner we drove out to a nice place by a river. We stood by the water while the sun set smootching and holding hands (you know) :D

Anyway I had a t-shirt gift wrapped in the trunk of my car and the t-shirt had printed on it "Will you marry me" backwards where you'd have to hold it up to a mirror to read it.

So I went to the car to turn on the radio and I told my girlfriend "Oh, I have a gift for you, it's in the trunk." She walked behind the car and I popped the trunk, grabbed the ring I had hidden in the car, and walked back behind the car. She got the package and opened it.

She stood there trying to read it for a minute and I could tell she realized what it said and at that point I got down on one knee and opened the ring case and asked her if she would marry me. Thankfully a big smile appeared on her face and she said "yes".

Anyways, I found out afterward that she was completely surprised and she was kinda in shock when she read what the t-shirt read... lol I thought it was great.
