Well, here is the deal I have started to notice an increasing latency with my Internet Explorer. So I figured, hmm I forgot to install the service pack that was released.

I'm downloading it now but I have a question about Win2K while I'm tinkering with my system.

With windows 95/98/98se there is msconfig where you can select your TSR's and startup. Where is this for Win2K, I don't want all this **** starting up, but there is nowhere to stop it.

Start Menu->Administrative Tools->Services.

Shut down whatever you want ! ;)

Or under a DOS windows: "NET STOP the_service_name"
