Hi all,

I'm doing an essay on the laws of war and the violations thereof. If you have military experience *cough* Shakken *cough* I'd be very grateful to hear about your experiences with the laws of war, have they helped/hindered you, are they necessary, have you seen them been violated etc, etc.

If you don't have military experience, but (like me) are interested in military stuff and can provide cold facts (not secondhand stories) about violations of the Geneva / Hague conventions or give me links to articles about these things, I'd be very thankful.

If you don't have any military experience, nor any interest in military stuff but still feel like helping out, you can send me money to buy a small fridge in which I will store Coke so that I can get my hourly dosis of caffeine necessary to complete this essay on time without having to walk to the kitchen :D

So, post your links/articles/personal experiences here or send them to me at:
maverick@telia.com

You will of course be given credit in the "Sources" section of my essay.
AND you will have my eternal gratitude :)

The winners make the rules. If you had power in your country and did things we don't like, you'd better run.
