Ok, I know this is a military mod but will there be a hostage game type? If theres a selection in the current list then I'm sorry for being an idiot.
Anywho....
For hostage you could have it so that you could grab the hostage. By this I mean you go upto the hostage and press your grab key and hold the hostage close to you and point your gun to his/her head. This would work for handgun people. But you could also have the larger guns pointed to their back. The hostage would move with you, under your control. But since you have the hostage like this your movement would be slowed and you could not run around. This would work best if you only have 1 hostage and the hostage takers had somewhere to get to escape the level.

Ehh...I'm not too keen on anything the brings this great modification closer to the rapidly-becoming-tired SpecOps vs Terrorists format.

Personally, I'd think a 'capture the casualty' type of game would be amusing. The goal is to recover as many injured NPCs (both friendly and enemy) on the field as possible. One player carries the casualty, another one covers his ass back to base. Killing casualties is a Geneva No-No with point loss abound. With a more detailed damage system, incapacitation makes some sense. You can't play anymore, but your character now becomes another casualty and another source of potential victory if captured/recovered. Sure, you can still go out and eliminate the other team, but bear in mind that's not the goal of the mission. The other team may still win if they capture sufficient casualties before being obliterated....okay, so its a hollow victory, but still a victory, eh?

I'd also love to see a "Pistols Only" mutator for Infiltration.....

I wonder how "knives only" would do on smaller maps....
