is it possible to make a lift that sops for a few seconds at each floor??? , if so can someone tell me how??

Simple:
Open up the movers properties.
-Set the max number of keys to a higher number...you should count after you've read my explanation.
-Set a movetime
-Set two keyframes to one floor position...(/slightly above each other)
The mover will move to a floor and wait for the movetime and go further...
